The Stockport, Hyde & Wythenshawe Camp is a special works, within the St. Vincent de Paul Society, a fully registered charitable trust, and for the last 75 years or so, we have provided children with a week’s holiday they would not otherwise have had.

The aim of all SVP camps is: “To provide within a Christian ethos, a safe enjoyable holiday experience for young people, which will offer opportunities for their personal, moral and spiritual wellbeing and growth”.
Location

The camp is based at the Plas Gwynant Outdoor Activity Centre in North Wales:

Each year we take a mixed group of 40 young boys and girls aged 9-12 years old to the centre for an action-packed holiday.

Sponsored Walk : Sunday 7th June 2020, noon @ The Coffee Shop, Shrigley Rd, Poynton, SK12 1TE

Camp Week : Sunday 2nd August 2020 to Saturday 8th August 2020.
