We are a Community Support Project of the St Vincent de Paul Society (England & Wales) dedicated to helping 120 vulnerable and isolated people over the age of 50 in Brighton and Hove.
Tower House is a Community Centre and Cafe, which specialises in providing services for those over the age of 50.
We offer a growing range of clubs, classes and workshops which are available to everyone.
Tower House is part of the St Vincent de Paul Society, an international christian charity founded in 1844 to alleviate poverty in all its forms.
At Tower House, we warmly welcome people from every walk of life.

The reason I am writing here and now is because I am an 'in the moment' person and I thought to myself how nice it would be to say a huge "Thank you" to you all for helping me in these most difficult times. I was very impressed with the newsletter I received and my groceries. Yoga was an important part of my life back in the day being an ex Intensive care nurse, I know how important it is to be mindful not only of breathing, but exercise too - an important part of our lives.
