David Allman is a Friend of the SVP, making regular donations to support our work with vulnerable people.
David explains why he chose to support the SVP:
“The SVP is active in my local church and I knew that the SVP members helped local people in my community. Because of its connections with the Church, I feel it is a charity I can trust. I wanted to support a Catholic Church charity because I believe the Church is not just about getting people to heaven, it’s also about helping people in need in this life as well!
I think the face to face befriending work that members do is very important.
I would try and recommend anyone who wanted to support the SVP to do so. It’s a great charity to be behind.”
