Everything you need to know...

For many children the Wirral Camp is their first time away from home, which can be daunting for both the parents and children! Our team here is here to support and can be contacted at any point over the week. Preparing for camp is easy as a lot is provided.

What to bring
  • Clothing for each day, it is suggested that it is loose clothing and not expensive. Anything you bring will get wet and muddy!
  • Trainers, a pair you don't mind getting muddy.
  • A jacket would be useful as the weather can turn.
  • A towel
  • We recommend between £20-£30 spending money, this would only be used for gifts/shops. All money is stored in a safe on site.
  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are provided but there is a tuck shop for sweets.
What not to bring
  • Mobile phones - there's no signal and a high risk of damage to devices!
  • No specialist equipment is required as the centre provide wellies, waterproofs, etc.
  • No pillows or bedding is required.
