SVP Clydach Passion Play performs at Penwortham
A powerful presentation of the Passion was presented by members of Clydach SVP from South Wales when they performed "The Road to Calvary ," by Brian Griffiths, at St. Teresa's Church in Penwortham. The play is a dramatic account of the last 12 hours of Jesus's life and really brings the Stations of the Cross to life.
The Menevia play is performed twice a week during Lent in churches all over the country. There is a cast of 40 and the play is a full costume drama. All proceeds are used to fund Menevia Special wor
