Upcoming SVP 2007 National Meetings & Mass of Rededication
SVP Mass of Rededication & Exhibition
The 2007 Mass of Rededication and exhibition will take place on the 29th September at English Martyrs Church in York (1 mile south west of York city centre). The exhibition of SVP works will begin at 11.00 am in the Church hall and will close at 2.30pm. The Mass of Rededication will take place at 3.00pm.
The SVP exhibition will give members the opportunity to learn about the many activities undertaken by the SVP and to meet those involved in various aspects of SVP work.
At the Mass, members from across England and Wales will have the opportunity to renew their commitment to the Society's primary purpose of service to the poor and to join in the celebration of the Eucharist. This is a national event and all members are warmly invited to attend. Friends and relations are more than welcome to come along as well and join in our celebration.
Any member wishing to attend should contact National Office on 020 7407 4644 and speak to Allison, Emily or Olga. You will then be sent an attendance pack. There is no charge for this event. Lunch will not be provided but teas and coffees will be available.
York is a beautiful historic city, so why not make it a weekend of it and take a well deserved break at the same time as meeting up with Vincentian friends old and new.
