Vincentian Family 350th Anniversary Year of Jubilee
Between 27th September 2009 and 27th September 2010 the Vincentian Family will be celebrating a special year of jubilee commemorating the deaths of its patrons, St Vincent de Paul and St Louise de Marillac with a series of events and activities throughout the year.
This special year provides an opportunity to make a real difference by highlighting the plight of disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Britain today, raising the profile of the work of the Vincentian Family and by renewing its members in the values of their Vincentian spirit.
Members of the Vincentian Family work to tackle issues of poverty and disadvantage in a practical way. Over the last 350 years they have had an impact on the lives of hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged people across the world and their vision has inspired millions of people worldwide to work alongside the vulnerable and marginalized, helping to positively impact and transform their lives.
