It is with deepest regret that we announce the following death:
Peter McCarthy
The members of the Good Shepherd Chuch Conference, Woodthorpe, Nottingham are sad to report the death on the 5th of April at the age of 72 of Peter McCarthy, a long serving member of the Conference.
Peter was a loyal and hard working member of the SVP who although born in County Cork spent much of his working life in England. For the past 14 years he was Conference Treasurer.
He will be missed not only by his brothers and sisters in the Conference but also by those he visited. Our prayers go out to his wife theresa who is Conference Secretary and also to his family. Peter`s body was received into the Good Shepherd church by Deacon John Wakeling a former President of the Conference .
