It is with deepest regret that we announce the following death:
Mr John Samuel Baker
Mr John Samuel Baker sadly died on January 17th 2006. For many years, right up until his death, John was responsible for the publication of Cassettes for the Blind which he wrote, recorded, edited, publicised and distributed. John was a very active member of St Bede's conference up until his death and was a pioneering force behind the Cassettes for the Blind scheme from its inception in the early 1980s. Our prayers are with the family he has left behind.
