It is with deepest regret that we announce the following death:
Barry Denville
Barry was born in London in June 1920 and educated at Ushaw College, Durham. Barry's grandfather Alfred Denville was the owner of one of the biggest groups of repertory theatre companies in England and Barry made several stage appearances. Barry had been a spitfire pilot in the last war.
In 1961 Barry moved with his family to Llantwit Major. He was an active and very much loved member of Our Lady & St Illtyd's Conference.
Barry died in January 2007 after a short illness bravely born.
